About My Services:The initial consultation ($55) consists of a comprehensive evaluation of the entire property. I will take photos, jot some notes, and measure the property. With this information I will compile my findings to generate a "game plan" for you to use to enhance your home to sell. If you would like additional assistance, that can be arranged as well. We can put together a custom package for more extensive staging (furniture rental, material selections, etc). I look forward to working with you.
